To cover the visit of hospital clowns — volunteers from the international organization Red Noses (represented in 11 countries).
The clowns came with 2 shows. One was for foster families living in Brovary. The second one was for families with children in Sievierodonetsk. The clowns came at the invitation of the agency's client, the international charity organization SOS Children's Villages Ukraine.
Having reviewed the work of Red Noses and their performance program, we prepared an announcement for the media, sent out press releases and communicated with the editorial staff.
We also arranged accreditation for the event and worked at the venue to prepare photos and text content for social media. We were responsible for coordinating with media representatives directly at the event, organizing communication between journalists and artists, families and representatives of SOS Children's Villages Ukraine.
Similarly, we helped to cover the visit of hospital clowns in Severodonetsk.
The event was covered by four TV channels: one national TV channel, Suspilne, and three local ones: Kyiv Live, Pohlyad and IRTA. The UNIAN news agency and the Vostochnyi Variant publication also reported on the tour of hospital clowns. The TV audience of Suspilne alone reaches 11.7 million viewers. On the social media of various TV channels, the video about Red Noses has received over 2,500 views in total.
