Implementation
We received a request from the State Employment Service to organize a training for specialists on effective interaction with the media and social media audience.
To find out what topics were relevant, we started with a survey. The answers we received made it possible to effectively prepare for the training and provide the participants with the necessary information and practical tasks.
The training lasted 2 days. The speaker was Uliana Kolodii, the founder of the agency.
She told the participants about tools and strategies for interacting with the social media audience, trends, rules, and taboos in communication. She shared the peculiarities of formats, texts and pitching materials to the media. Uliana also answered whether the government agencies need social networks and how to make them work as media.
The trainer paid special attention to the public speaking and self-presentation techniques that civil servants should master.
To her lecture, Uliana added humor, memes, lots of practice, and even homework. The latter became an important part of the training - the participants noted its value and said that they would now feel more confident when faced with similar challenges in their work.
The participants of the training workshop received knowledge and practical skills on how to interact with the media, social media audiences, and public speaking and self-presentation techniques. At the end of the program, everyone received personalized certificates. The agency received positive feedback for the new experience for the State Employment Service specialists.
