Mentoring meetings will help you improve your knowledge, skills and abilities. During the first meeting, it is important for us to understand what your needs are and who exactly needs our professional support. You tell us about your concerns, what you would like to work on, and we will individually shape our plan.
Depending on the request, we will create an optimal meeting schedule, intensity of mentoring sessions, and prioritize the main accents. This can be a certain number of hours per week, month, or longer. During this time, we will "pump up" your basics, taking into account all aspects. We will analyze your needs in detail, help you master the theory, and most importantly, improve your practice. We will tell you based on our own experience about all the communication processes and how they work. We will help you to cope with all challenges, even those that you were most afraid of.
