Prepare a press announcement, invite the media to the presentation, write and distribute a post-event press release.
Our agency joined the project free of charge to support an important initiative to save the lives of Ukrainian defenders. We talked to the client and identified the main messages to be conveyed to the audience. Our task was to invite the media to a press conference and presentation of the first STABNET mobile stabilization container — a place where the wounded from the front lines are stabilized before being evacuated to hospitals.
We received information about the project and the draft release from the client. Having the basic data, we prepared a number of clarifying questions to tell the most informative story about the project and STABNET itself. We supplemented and corrected the draft, emphasizing that the containers are designed to work in the real conditions of the Ukrainian front. They should help save the lives of soldiers on the front line.
We emphasized that the containers are produced in Ukraine, and the first pilot container was created with the support of the RAZOM FOR UKRAINE Foundation. We also highlighted the fact that the technical and medical equipment was selected in cooperation with doctors and approved by the command of the Medical Forces of the Ukrainian Army.
After agreeing on the text of the press announcement with the client, we sent it to the media with an invitation to the event.
We were constantly in touch with the client, monitoring the accreditation situation to understand how many journalists would attend the event and from which media outlets, and who should be offered a post-event press release.
We distributed the press announcement in several stages: we reached out to social media, used "warm" contacts, and sent out a general mailing. We also focused on the editorial offices of foreign media in Ukraine. After the presentation, we wrote a post-even press release, selected photos, and sent them to media outlets.
