Our team was faced with the task of creating a video that would tell about the company's work, give insight to partners, potential and existing customers, and business opportunities. Of course, we could offer the usual advertising video, with a description of services and products. We could do it quickly, qualitatively and quite easily. But then we would betray one of the guideline principles of our work — to personalize the client, to offer unique and at the same time effective solutions, to influence the emotions of the viewer, who always remains a human first, and only then a professional.

 

That is why we chose a more difficult path — immersing ourselves in corporate life, understanding all processes, generating interesting ideas that would not only reflect the production process, but also convey the mood of the employees creating the product.

At the initial stage, we offered the client 3 ideas for implementing the project within the budget. All of them had radically different approaches and met key requirements. After a short discussion, it was decided to settle on the creative idea of ​​using music as a symbolic source of energy. While preparing ideas for the client, we realized that all the company's employees are quite young, active, and full of creative energy. They come to their job places every day not just for routine work, they come to realize their creative energy, to create products that will carry this energy further — to cities, offices, shopping centers.

 

According to our concept, the production site of ITW Systems is a place where the energy of light, movement, youth, and life is born. We decided to convey this process through a symbolic image of a musician, a drummer, who is also full of life energy, and creates music that, together with light, accompanies us every day.

After approving the idea and concept of the video, we proceeded to create a detailed script. It was important to take into account all the key facts about the company, to show the reliability of products, implemented projects, recommendations and customer reviews, international scale and pride in the localization of production in Ukraine. At the same time, we should keep viewers interested and not overload the video with facts. 

 

After approving the script, we moved on to planning the shooting process, selecting locations and necessary equipment, preparing the key characters of the video, choosing music, and planning the detailed shooting time. Before the video shooting, the technical team together with the director must go to the locations to "master" and work out a detailed plan for the equipment placement, and if necessary, to adjust the timing of the shooting.

 

The filming day for our team began at night. Before the start of the shooting process, it was necessary to set up the location, in our case — the stage for the drummer, to set up the lighting and all the necessary equipment, to check the sound and to get ready for all possible "surprises" on the set. Our permanent team of 6 people has grown to more than 20 people — administrators, operators, sound engineers, assistant directors, lighting specialists. Everyone understood their very important part of the job in order for the whole mechanism to work properly. It was also extremely important to maintain a positive mood in the client's team, because the company's employees are the heroes of our video, they also participated in the filming process from morning till the late evening.

Filming on the main location, ITW Systems production site, lasted from 7 am till midnight. Next we had a few more days of filming at the objects where the client's lighting system works. Our team made all the arrangements, coordination, and shooting permits.

As a result, we have a satisfied client, enthusiastic reviews of the team and partners, an image video used when the company is presented for the first time, at exhibitions and conferences. Eventually, we have a video that will definitely attract attention and be remembered — a video that works to solve the client's business tasks.
