Or we can offer 2-3 days of a comprehensive program that will cover literally everything you need to know and understand about communications: planning information campaigns, social media, writing texts, working with the media, strategy, video production, working with top managers and personal brands, crisis communications and public speaking.
We already have high-quality experience in conducting such training courses for different audiences. For example, for communication specialists of the prosecutor's office and for representatives of children's services (together with the National Social Service and our partner, the international charity organization Partnership for Every Child). We have conducted online lectures for students of the Institute of Leadership and Management of the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU), and we regularly consult, analyze, and audit communications for both businesses and nonprofit organizations.
Is it okay to be interviewed on TV in a plaid shirt and red lipstick? How to avoid stuttering and speak confidently? Should I memorize the text or use notes? At the public speaking training, we will analyze possible mistakes that speakers often make, practice being on camera, working with a prompter, and answering awkward questions. There will be a lot of practice and real filming to see yourself on the other side of the screen.
You will learn more about company communication at all stages: from strategy development (defining audiences, tone of voice, and communication channels) to tools for its implementation, such as social media posts, media publications, and press releases. You will also learn the basics of personal communication, public speaking, and crisis response.
Communications training usually lasts a whole day or even several days. We always adapt the program to the needs of a particular organization, paying more attention to what interests you in the first place.
Sometimes communications specialists are afraid of looking insufficiently professional, so they fill texts with unnecessary details, long explanations, bureaucracy, and evaluations. And they forget about the content. In our trainings, we teach how to write simple and clear texts that contain emotions, stories, and value.
The main tools of a communications specialist are a press release, an announcement, a social media post, and an interview. We will practice writing them in a way that conveys the most important things in a short, meaningful and human way.
Is it a crisis or just trouble? When to rush into action and when to keep quiet? In our anti-crisis communications training, we tell you how to act in the first minutes and hours of a crisis, how to build an anti-crisis team and distribute roles in it. We will practice responding in a timely, appropriate manner and with the least damage to reputation.
Communication specialists do not always understand how to start interacting with the media. Where to get a base? How to tell about yourself and initiate cooperation? What topics will be interesting to journalists? When is it worth paying for a publication? Together, we will understand the intricacies of dealing with the media and learn how to offer topics that will attract the editorial board's interest.
We will also talk about relationships: what is appropriate and what is not, how to maintain warm contacts and quickly resolve misunderstandings.
Communications is a long-term project. Like any other project, it requires detailed planning and calculation of future expenses. We'll look at what communication campaigns consist of, what cost items to consider, and what tools will help you control timing and budget.

The desire to do “the right thing” can have the opposite effect. At the training on ethical communications, we will analyze the “yes” and “no” in covering socially sensitive cases. Our agency's portfolio includes more than 10 projects related to the communication of complex topics such as orphanhood, domestic violence, and disability. We have a lot of practical experience that we are ready to share.
