SMM, content management, media relations, communication audit of SOS Children project partners - charitable and public organizations in the regions.
The nationwide crisis project SOS Children. Emergency Response Program began its work from the first days of the full-scale Russian invasion in March 2022. Our client, SOS Children's Villages Ukraine, invited the agency to provide communication support for the project.
In order to help as many families with children as possible, SOS Children's Villages invited charitable foundations and NGOs to join the Consortium of project implementing partners working in different regions of Ukraine. On average, these were 10 partner organizations across Ukraine (some joined for a few months, and some have been in the project from the very beginning), with whom our agency also works.
Our task was to obtain information about the activities of project partners in their region for further coverage in the media, on the website and on the pages of SOS Children's Villages in social media. Usually, we were talking about evacuation, accommodation in shelters, provision of humanitarian aid (food, medicines, hygiene products, household equipment and small appliances), as well as psychological assistance and social, educational and legal services.
Thanks to partner organizations, we regularly looked for personal stories of people who have been helped by the project, recorded interviews with them, and then shared their stories with the media.
We also conducted a communication audit of the social networks of the SOS Children partner organizations, preparing recommendations for content, media relations, and communications with the target audience.
For publications, we created visualizations (graphics, photos, or videos) according to the project's requirements and approved guidelines.
More than 50 published materials in the media mentioning the project and the client. Regular communication with the media and partner organizations. Updating the website with news from the SOS Children project and managing social media. Each publication as part of the project is seen by an average of 2,000 people.
